πŸ“–πŸ—£ Discussing, sharing, and applying: Every night we will set aside time for our leadership team to lead their rooms in discussion regarding what God is teaching us through the messages and experiences. This times have proven to be an environment a very fruitful fellowship.

A note to the Spiritual focus of the retreat: I believe God has inspired me to lead us to gaze upon, study, and respond the beauty & glory of God displayed in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The first night we will study the bad news of the fallen state of humanity and our universe and how we got here, then on the second night we will study the good news of the Gospel. My prayer is that it would give our students a deeper belief, clearer understanding, and fresh affection for Jesus. - Pastor Josh

β€œNow, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.” - 1 Corinthians 15:1-2

God centered experiences & equipping

The goal of retreats is to provide our students an environment to experience God and to be equipped by His Word. This retreat we will take a deep look at the Gospel to bask in the beauty & glory it reveals about Jesus. We will do this through our sessions with worship and teachings, dorm room discussions, small group times, and organic moments of discipleship & fellowship.

Beautiful & trusted retreat campus

We are going to Cedar Lake Christian Camp located about an hour and a half away in Big Bear, CA. We repeatedly return to this campus because of what a quality environment it provides for us. From the dorm style lodging, large meeting hall, private lake access, and kind staff.
